Return & Refund Policy

At The Bloom Bar, we take great care in ensuring that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the personal nature of our skincare, haircare, and personal care products, we maintain a strict no-return policy for all delivered orders.

Returns

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns of any products once they have been delivered.

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products purchased by mistake

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Dissatisfaction with fragrance, texture, or personal preference

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We understand that issues can occasionally occur during transit. If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A leaking product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@thebloombar.in.

To help us resolve your concern quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • An unboxing video showing the issue (recommended)

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Replacements

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement for eligible damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.

Replacement approval is subject to verification by our customer support team.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

  • The received product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • A replacement product is unavailable.

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
